EKG360 provides remote ECG (electrocardiogram) interpretation services (the “Service”), which is conducted by communicating information from a patient’s uploaded ECG to a physician’s office. ECG is an efficient way to check for abnormal heart rhythm and possible coronary artery disease (CAD). In providing the Service, EKG360 has made every effort to offer the most current and accurate test result possible. Nevertheless, technical inaccuracies, typographical or other errors may occur, EKG360 shall not be held responsible or liable for errors, inaccuracies in transcriptions, translations, omissions or any perceived harm to users of the Service.
An ECG test is often an initial test to suggest if further testing is needed, therefore, the results are not definitive nor diagnostic. If abnormalities are suggested by the result of the Service, please consult your doctor for further medical care.
The ECG interpretation report is provided to you as a reference, which should not be treated as clinical advice or used as a substitute for professional consultation. You are advised to consult your doctor about the test result. If you have severe symptoms or experience significant discomfort, PLEASE CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM.
